Booking and scheduling
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Davenport, FL and cover ChampionsGate, Four Corners, Haines City, Kissimmee, Poinciana, Celebration, Clermont, Dundee and Orlando. If you are close to any of those, call and ask.
What are your hours?
We work Monday to Sunday, 9AM to 7PM.
How do I book?
Call or text (347) 981-7690. Tell us your vehicle, the service you want and your address, and we will set a time.
What if it rains?
Florida weather changes fast. If a storm rolls in we will either work through a light shower when it is safe for the job, or reschedule you at no charge.
Pricing and payment
How much does a detail cost?
Every car is quoted based on size and condition. Text a few photos and you will get an exact price back. First time customers save 10%.
What payment do you take?
Ask when you book and we will go over the payment options that work best for you.
Why don't you list prices on the website?
Because a two door coupe that gets washed every month and a third row SUV full of dog hair are two very different jobs. We would rather give you a real number for your car than a "starting at" price that changes when we show up.
Do you offer a first time discount?
Yes. First time customers get 10% off any package. Just mention it when you book.
On the day of your detail
Do I need to provide anything?
Just access to the vehicle and enough room to work around it. We bring our own products, towels and equipment.
Do I need to be home the whole time?
No. Most customers hand over the keys and go about their day.
How long does it take?
About 1 to 1.5 hours for a maintenance wash, 2 to 3 hours for an interior detail, and 3 to 5 hours for a full detail. Bigger vehicles and heavier messes take longer.
Can you clean multiple cars at once?
Absolutely. Several customers book us for two or more vehicles at the same address in one visit.
Services and vehicles
Do you work on trucks, SUVs and vans?
Yes. Sedans, coupes, pickups, SUVs, minivans and work vans.
Can you remove pet hair?
Yes. Let us know about pets when you book so we can plan the extra time.
Can you get stains out of cloth seats?
Most of them, yes. Coffee, soda, food and everyday grime usually come out with a shampoo and extraction. Some older stains or dye transfer may lighten instead of disappear completely, and we will tell you up front if that is the case.
How long does car wax last in Florida?
A good hand wax usually lasts about 4 to 8 weeks here because of the heat and UV. A paint sealant lasts much longer, often 4 to 6 months with regular washing.
How do you get lovebugs off without hurting the paint?
We soak them with a bug remover first so they soften up, then wash them off by hand. Scrubbing dry lovebugs is how paint gets scratched, so we never do it.
